How long will my item take to arrive?
This depends on which item it is, whether or not we have it in stock and where you live. Each product on our website has approximate lead times displayed next to its photo - we aim to deliver most beds and mattresses the next day.
Will I be contacted before delivery?
This is dependent on the delivery serviced used. You will normally be advised but we cannot guarantee that you will be contacted.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have home and garden showrooms in Hillington, Glasgow. You can contact the showrooms on 0141 883 2285. Our showroom opening hours are Mondays-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 10am-5pm and Sundays 11am-5pm.
What if I find a product cheaper elsewhere?

What is your returns policy?
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement item (or parts.) If an item arrives that you are unhappy with (for reasons other than manufacturer fault or shipping damage) then we will happily refund the item once it has been returned to us in resalable condition, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. All of our products come with a one year manufacturer guarantee as standard.
